Business Development-Injection Molding
What you will enjoy doing
- Acquisition of new customers, develop potential business of all accounts and new segment with new customer’s development in injection molding business.
- Follow up current sales projects by defining customers’ needs
- Provide solutions to support customers in their logistics and production activities
- Identifying and developing new business segment/customer in line with / to meet company target
- Establishment and maintain customer relationship
- Market analysis on customers and competitors
- Participation in tenders and follow up actions in offers, negotiations, project follow ups
- Negotiations of all kinds of price, contracts, etc.
- Elaboration of business plans and article calculations
- Support and advise Country Management in all kind of decisions
- Coordination all kind of customer requests and issues which covers commercial tasks e.g. international tenders , finance, operations, quality or technics
What makes you great
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration and related field
- Min. 8+ years of experience in Business Development/sales of mass packaging products and / or related activities in domestic market and clients. Strong experience/knowledge understanding on the Injection-molding technology is preferred.
- Experience in plastic packaging industry is a plus
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Excellent numerical skills
- Basic English is required.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good at analytical and presentation capabilities
