Production Engineer
What you will enjoy doing

Oversee the full production line from manufacturing to packaging.

Work with machine operators and technicians to run machines efficiently.

Check and control parison settings and material use (weight, regrind, tail length, etc.).

Perform regular quality and visual checks during production.

Prepare machines for mold and color changes.
-
Make sure products are made in the right quantity and meet quality standards.

Record production data and report any issues during the shift.

Help train machine operators as needed.

Support daily production and ensure machines run smoothly and efficiently.

Coordinate with quality control, warehouse, and maintenance teams.

Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area.

Follow and check process standards, quality checks, and SOPs.

Ensure all finished products are defect-free and meet required specifications.
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment— fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of machine operation, mold changes, and material handling.

Understanding of quality control and production procedures.

Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work in shifts and meet production targets.

Basic computer skills (MS Office).

Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Knowledge of 5S and safety practices is an advantage.
