Store Associate
What you will enjoy doing
Should have minimum 2 years of experience in handling and managing stores.
Track material/raw material (Steel/Copper/Graphite/Standard parts and other parts) as per Purchase Order.
Follow up with suppliers/vendors and make sure of timely delivery of material.
Responsible for loading/unloading of outgoing/incoming material.
Responsible for packing/unpacking of material during the dispatch/arrival of material.
Keep the material in an organized way and maintain 5S in the stores area.
Able to work on band saw machine for cutting steel. Good working knowledge on MS Excel for documentation.
Maintain the record of Material IN/OUT on daily basis and follow the defined workflow.
Update the stock on daily basis and send the inventory report, highlight the shortages to the reporting manager.
Conduct internal stock audits to ensure proper documentation of inventory.
Responsible for meeting all the credits during external stock audits by auditors. Ability to work under pressure
What makes you great
