Sales Manager (m/f)

What you will enjoy doing

  • Managing the sales of the company’s total product portfolio and top contact for local as well as key international accounts/customers  - this includes also full P&L responsibility by customer
  • Develop solutions and concepts for the customer 
  • Takes full responsibility for the entire sales budget including overlooking and elaboration of business plans and article calculations
  • Develop accurate account plans and sales forecasts based on customer segmentation process and strategy
  • Leading the strategy for acquisition of new customers/new market segments as well as the sales-strategy for the company
  • Market analysis and observation linked to customers and competitors
  • Support and advise for management in all kind of sales related decisions

What makes you great

  • Completed technical or commercial education
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a sales manager in packaging or other related industry
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English – additional language skill a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership competence, including stress resistance
