IT Support Engineer Poland / CEE Region (f/m/d)
Zakres obowiązków
- Providing knowledge-based support to IT engineers in the region,
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT Engineers requesting assistance,
- Collaborating with other team members to proactively resolve issues,
- Advanced troubleshooting – identifying, analyzing, and resolving 2nd- and 3rd-level IT technical issues,
- Reporting and documenting technical issues,
- Actively participating in process improvement and work automation based on ServiceNow,
- Advising on the selection of advanced IT technical solutions,
- Managing projects, primarily in Poland and occasionally across the CEE region,
- Supporting Business Continuity activities and providing IT technical support.
Wymagania
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and servers (basic server knowledge),
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking,
- Knowledge of computers and peripheral equipment,
- Strong team player skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English,
- Minimum of 3 years of professional IT experience,
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or a related field,
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of working time,
- Valid driving license.
