Sales Manager
What you will enjoy doing
- Be the commercial representative and sole point of contact for assigned costumers.
- Fully comply with all ALPLA's internal values and standards.
- Ensure the achievement of defined sales objectives.
- Ensure the achievement of periodic collection and/or payment objectives.
- Register and monitor orders, ensuring compliance with the service level and agreements made with all costumers.
- Periodically visit each assigned costumer, promoting a strong and lasting relationship, in accordance with the company's principles.
- Continuously assess, clarify, and proactively validate the costumer's needs, striving to continuously increase customer satisfaction.
- Prospect for new clients, in coordination with the local agent, both in the Angolan market and in others defined by ALPLA, with the aim of expanding the business.
- Periodically conduct shopping, both in the formal and informal markets.
- Identify opportunities and manage market trends and risks.
- Actively participate in factory meetings, supporting the Operations team's activities.
- Participate in all training sessions that the company deems useful for better commercial performance.
What makes you great
- Bachelor's or Technical/Commercial Degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in Sales.
- Experience in the plastic packaging industry is a plus.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, proactivity and organization skills.
- Fluent Portuguese and English.
