
Director Corporate Human Resources & Organizational Development (all gender)
What you will enjoy doing
- Define and implement ALPLA's global HR strategy in alignment with corporate goals
- Functional leadership of all HR interfaces across regional, divisional, and local entities in a matrix organization
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy, including talent acquisition, identification, and succession planning for key positions
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and top management on HR, labor law, and labor relations topics
- Lead international change and transformation projects, including M&A-related integrations and organizational restructuring
- Implement and continuously optimize global HR processes, standards, and systems for senior leadership populations
- Build ALPLA's employer brand and position the company as an attractive global employer for high-performing talent
- Drive the global rollout of our HR Suite (UNITE) and ensure system alignment with business needs
- Oversee global mobility and expatriate management in close collaboration with regional HR functions
- Lead the Corporate BPM/IMS department and contribute to HR-related sustainability topics
- Further develop and manage the ALPLA Academy as the center of excellence for learning and development
What makes you great
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 10+ years of broad HR leadership experience in an international industrial/manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to strategic HR, talent management, and organizational development
- Proven ability to lead global HR teams and projects in complex matrix structures
- Deep expertise in managing change and transformation processes, including M&A integration and organizational redesign
- Strong knowledge of international labor law and HR governance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across cultures and levels
- Analytical and strategic thinker with hands-on mentality and execution strength
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written); additional language skills (e.g. German) are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
- The position is based at our headquarters in Hard - on-site presence is required
