- Develop and drive a global Employer Branding strategy in collaboration with Marketing and regional HR teams
- Strengthen ALPLA's visibility and reputation as an employer through creative campaigns, storytelling, and social media
- Enhance the candidate experience and support international recruiting processes and systems
- Identify and implement innovative talent attraction and retention approaches, including active sourcing and talent pool development
- Represent ALPLA externally and build consistent communication across all candidate and employee touchpoints
What makes you great
- A degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field – your academic background gives you a solid foundation
- Hands-on experience in Employer Branding or HR (3+ years), ideally in an international context
- A natural communicator with strong collaboration skills – you easily connect across teams and cultures
- Strategic mindset meets creative thinking – you love turning ideas into impactful actions
- Experience in project management – you know how to plan, lead and deliver
- Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional environments and juggling multiple priorities
- Fluent in English, with good German skills to navigate our international and local needs
