Sales Manager - Recycling (all gender)

We are actively seeking a highly qualified and motivated Sales Manager in the field of Recycling to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers on all business-related matters and plays a crucial role in coordinating commercial activities worldwide. As a key member of our organization, you will spearhead new business acquisition, drive the implementation of sales goals, and focus on developing closed loops, particularly in countries where input materials are sourced.
- Lead all commercial activities regarding customers, in alignment with ALPLA packaging sales, and ensure coordination with regions and functional departments
- Responsible for acquiring new business and applying the standard sales process for projects/price calculation, approval, quote submission, and handover to the plants
- Materialize and coordinate the implementation and achievement of defined sales goals and Key Account Development Plans
- Strong focus on developing sales in the region or surrounding countries
- Ensure regular and high-quality information flow between recycling plants, packaging plants, and the Recycling Division
- Develop customer relations beyond the bottle industry
What makes you great
- Higher degree in Business & Management, Sales, or a related field
- Several years of experience in global sales, preferably in the recycling sector
- Strong communication/negotiation skills, strategic thinking and ability to achieve sales goals
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and building long-term customer relationships
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluent in English - additional language skills are advantageous
