Integrated Management System Specialist CEE (m/f/d)
What you will enjoy doing
- Support local process owners in implementing new management tools, standards, and executing improvement projects
- Prepare and secure correct policies and procedures to enable staff performance
- Lead small and medium projects related to the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Conduct business process management training, moderation, and process mapping to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Create, review, select, and implement Good Practices and regional standard IMS documentation, including preparation and moderation of IMS audits
What makes you great
- Proven experience in applying Integrated Management Systems requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001- a lead Auditor certification is a plus
- Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage customer relations effectively
- Fluency in English is essential
- Willingness to travel approximately ~40% of your working time
