
Junior Maintenance Specialist CEE (m/w/d)
What you will enjoy doing
- Support of the IT maintenance software implementation (spare part management, maintenance process)
- Interface between suppliers and local maintenance managers with the purpose to:
- Schedule plant activities defined as “Mandatory Maintenance Activities”
- Gather, consolidate all relevant information, service reports, etc.
- Request feedbacks on open tasks, projects and open activities
- Create standard maintenance documents aligned with our ALPLA BPM – Business Process Model to support our plants and regional departments to reach process stability
- Provide internal trainings to the local counterparts
- Support Regional Maintenance Manager CEE in operational tasks
- Provide reports such as KPIs and Infrastructure overview
- Maintenance Budget support & preparation
What makes you great
- Degree in mechanical / electrical or mechatronic engineering or equivalent experience
- First experience in maintenance (ideally production industry) and good maintenance planning mindset
- Knowledge about machines, infrastructure and downstream equipment is a plus
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Good organizational & communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel (~20%)
