What you will enjoy doing
- Implementation, maintenance, and continuous development of the ALPLA Integrated Management System (IMS) at regional level
- Analysis and optimization of processes in line with Operational Excellence (OPEX) principles
- Preparation, facilitation, and support of internal and external IMS audits
- Development, review, and implementation of best practices as well as regional IMS standards and documentation
- Ensuring the sustainable application of IMS processes at plant level and promoting structured information exchange between the region, sites, and functional departments
- Evaluation of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and derivation and tracking of appropriate measures
- Support for sites in the implementation of new management tools, standards, and improvement projects
- Management of small to medium-sized projects within the IMS environment
- Planning and delivery of training sessions as well as support in identifying training needs

- Solid knowledge of audits and assessments as well as selected IMS standards
- Fosters effective collaboration by communicating clearly, working closely with others, and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Applies structured thinking and data-driven analysis to deliver results and continuously improve performance.
- Experience in using IMS tools and basic knowledge of project management
- Willingness for continuous development and interest in organizational and behavioral interrelationships (e.g., Behavioral Economics)
- Readiness to travel up to 25% within the CEEU region
