Cluster OPEX Lead (AT,CZ)- (m/f/d)
What you will enjoy doing
Roll-out of NEXT, ALPLA's Operational Excellence Program in the region, including:
- Implementation of new management tools and standards
- Preparation and tracking of improvement projects
- Preparation and moderation of OPEX assessment
Support budgeting on Regional as well on plant Level with coverage of:
- KPI planning,
- capacity, resource planning
- investment planning
Execute trainings and workshops with focus on:
- Lean and SixSigma tools
- Operational controlling
- Collaboration and communication
What makes you great
- University degree in engineering or a related field, demonstrating a solid technical foundation.
- Over 5 years of experience in continuous improvement within lean manufacturing
- Strong background in supply chain management, including logistics, production planning, order management, or master data management.
- Project management and leadership skills to drive initiatives and lead teams effectively.
- Team-oriented and collaborative individual who thrives in a cooperative environment
- Proficient in English and Czech, with German being an advantage
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the working time
