Financial Controller
What you will enjoy doing
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly & quarterly group reports (P&L, sales analysis, Monthly report, etc) which is required from the Corporate and from the local management.
- Prepare monthly expense report (variance analysis between budget and actual spending).
- Monthly cost control KPI's for the top management.
- Profitability analysis by product and country.
- Sales analysis compared with budget to determine the deviations.
- Participate in external audit.
- Quarterly physical count.
- Prepare month end activities (inventory consumption calculation, Reconciliations, upload monthly result in system, follow up the monthly closing entries, etc)
- Participate in the annual budget preparation.
- support operation team for continues improvement.
- Support finance & controlling team in annual projects implementation.
- Ad hoc reports.
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance & Controlling.
- Costing and analysis background is preferably.
- Manufacturing experience is a must.
- Strong Excel, Power tools (Power BI) is preferably.
- Excellent English communication verbal and written.
- Strong Analytical and Project Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
- Strong team working and collaboration with other departments.
- Handling tight deadlines, especially at month-end or year-end.
