CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER Netherlands / Belgium / Germany

What you will enjoy doing

A Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be jointly responsible for identifying, analysing and implementing improvements in our operational processes through the NEXT programme. You will have the opportunity to be involved in various projects, improvement initiatives and play an essential role in design and efficient practices.
You will act as the bridge between different teams and make a difference by finding innovative solutions to operational challenges, such as improving consultation structures and securing knowledge. You are part of the cluster and report directly to a Multi Plant Manager DU. Your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Change management and implementation: You will guide organizational changes resulting from process improvements and train employees to follow new procedures.
  • Continuous improvement culture: You will foster an environment where improvement is central through training, coaching, and facilitating improvement initiatives. You connect thinkers and doers, so that available data can be converted into measurable improvements.
  • Quality assurance: You ensure that operational processes comply with established quality standards and regulations.
  • Continuous improvement culture: You apply methods to reduce waste and improve quality. You contribute to embedding continuous improvement in the culture of the organization.
  • Stakeholder management: You will act as the first point of contact for operational excellence in cross-functional project teams, effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Performance management: You will develop and implement systems to measure, track, and improve the performance of operational processes.
  • Project Management: You will ensure the successful implementation and execution of identified improvement initiatives. You are responsible for support, results and resources.

Moreover, you are flexible and willing to travel to different locations.

You have:

  • A higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, with additional professional training (e.g. Black Belt)
  • Knowledge and insight into complex production processes
  • Preferably work experience in the packaging industry
  • Knowledge and experience with various process improvement techniques
  • Experience in guiding teams in change processes.
  • Very good language skills in Dutch and English, German is an advantage.

An independent position in which you work full-time and about half of your time will travel within our cluster of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Your base location depends on where you live.
