- Drive business performance with full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, investments, cost control, KPI management, and operational excellence across the hungarian site.
- Foster sustainable business growth by strengthening customer relationships, optimizing the supply chain, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic investment proposals.
- Build and lead a high-performing organization by developing leadership talent, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring a clear organizational structure and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, quality, environmental, and corporate standards while driving a strong culture of health and safety with a focus on zero lost-time accidents.

What makes you great
- Completed a higher commercial/technical education on university level or similar
- Management/leadership experience in the field of an international manufacturing company
- 5-7 years operations including sales management experience in applicable technology
- Deep financial understanding
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership competence including change management experience
- Problem solving skills and high grade of flexibility and stress resistance
- Hungarian as mother tongue & excellent communication skills in English
- Dedication to operational excellence as well as the ability to work independently with tight deadlines
