What you will enjoy doing
- Oversee and optimize the injection moulding process to ensure high-quality production
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to injection moulding machinery and processes
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of moulding equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Implement best practices for safety, quality control, and production efficiency
- Train and mentor staffing on injection moulding techniques and safety protocols
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
What makes you great
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in injection moulding, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, machinery, and materials
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving within the injection moulding process
- Familiarity with quality control standards and practices
- Communication skills in both written and spoken English and Hungarian
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
