Technician - Secondary Operations
What you will enjoy doing
- Production and maintenance of Secondary operation/Decoration of EBM and IM machines final product. Handling bottles and caps labelling, wad insertion of Cap, Flip closing caps, Printing of bottles and caps, shrink sleeving etc.
- Optimization of production efficiencies in terms Quality and right quantity.
- Knowledge of decoration Machines, Assembly, and SPM, Robotic, pick and place.
- Knowledge on Technoshell Labelling, MAK printing, Maharshi labelling and wadding machines is added advantage.
- Manufacturing Process Knowledge & Material Knowledge, machine functional knowledge and Calculation.
- Knowledge of jigs & Fixtures and Measuring and Improving Productivity.
- Should work as a Team.
- Having Automation industry knowledge, Automation Line is an added advantage.
- Knowledge for Vision Inspection System Application.
- Knowledge for HMI,PLC and Ladder Logic Programming will be advantage.

- Any Diploma/Degree (Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical)
- 2-6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work with team and work well with other departments.
