Business Applications & Systems Lead (Programming Chief)

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business applications and systems.

Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions in collaboration with business leaders.

Evaluate project scope, costs, resources, and timelines to ensure feasible and efficient delivery.

Manage web application development projects, coordinating Front-End and Back-End development.

Lead and develop the programming team, ensuring project progress and quality.

Identify opportunities to modernize, improve, or replace existing systems.

Apply Agile methodologies and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and system implementation.

Strong experience in web application development, including Front-End and Back-End technologies.

Knowledge of Full-Stack development languages and technologies.

Experience with DevOps practices and software development lifecycles.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.

Experience in business requirements analysis, project management, and team leadership.

Familiarity with ticketing and project tracking tools.

Intermediate English, with the ability to communicate in work-related situations.

Availability to work 100% on-site and travel occasionally.
