Customer Support (m/f)

What you will enjoy doing

  • Performing administrative tasks in sales department, related to pre-sales and post-sales process (invoicing, collecting customers’ orders, preparing of contracts and offers etc.)
  • Maintaining everyday contact with customers and responding to customers requirements - post-sales process (updating customers on delivery status,  complaints handling etc.)
  • Daily communication with Sales Manager regarding daily and monthly activity plan realization
  • Internal communication with production and planning department, for purpose of customer’s order realization
  • Participating in meetings with customers when necessary
  • Collecting and tracking customers payments history and suggests necessary actions
  • Participating in weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports
  • Performing duties efficiently, constructively and in cooperation with other departments (production, planning, quality control, finances)

What makes you great

  • Higher commercial education with a focus on sales or communication
  • Experience in marketing and business to business sales would be considered as advantage
  • Very good communication level in English skills (written and spoken)
  • Very good general computer knowledge and willingness to work with multiple programs
  • Friendly and open communication towards customers and colleagues
