Task Force Filling Line & Decoration

To provide technical support, problem solving, and training across SOAF manufacturing sites by advising, evaluating, and controlling target achievements during new project start-ups or relocations, while driving efficiency and continuous process improvements.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible of problem solving when a factory has exhausted their knowledge.
• Collaborate with Product Development Managers to identify and reduce risks
• Provides learning to the factories through trainings aligned previously with the Operations manager.
• Supports start-up of new projects in the factories and/or product relocations.
• Pursuits company interests.
• Continuously collaborates within the Operations team.
• Ensures achievement of department´s target agreements.
• Participates in samplings and sampling reviews.
• Provides solutions to daily production issues.
• Improve efficiencies and gives suggestions to the technical/operations team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• National Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing/Production Engineering or related qualification.
• Advantageous:
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Certification (e.g., Green Belt or higher)
• Project Management Qualification (PMP or equivalent)
• Train-the-Trainer Certification (for the training component)
• ISO 9001 or other Quality Management Systems knowledge
• Min. 10-year proven work experience in production within a manufacturing company
• Excellent Microsoft office & outlook skills
• Attention to detail.
• Visionary leadership approach in regards of people and production environment.
• Holistic view for the internal organization and the surrounding departments.
• Mediation and conflict resolution skills.
