Production Changeover/ Model Change Lead (Mon-Sat/ Chachoengsao)

You are responsible for:

• Control efficiency of change over (change model) to complete quality and limited time.
• Consider ideas, and ways to improve the efficiency of changeover
• Reduce change over time, easy method to change over
• Control production efficiency and meet KPIs department.
• Control and organize manpower to support the plan fully. 
• Control 5S to meet the standards of the company. 

• Experience in plastic or any related manufacturing industries
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Graduated in bachelor's in electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related fields
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supervising production line, has skill about people management.
• Knowledgeable in machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to use software system for production management
• Good communication skills (oral, written, local and in English language)
• Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Safety
• Able to work Monday - Saturday, work overtime and can work on shifts.
