Finance & Accounting Specialist

• Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reconciliation of all financial information processed within the Finance and Accounting function, ensuring the integrity of financial data and monitoring the reconciliation of bank, loan and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain relationships with primary contacts at each bank.
• Support the administration of loan agreements, reviewing and checking relevant agreements and documentation with banks.
• Take an active role in daily cash transactions.
• Responsible for the bookkeeping and recording of bank transactions and general ledger accounts.
• Administer bank accounts, including new account openings, authorized signatory changes and maintaining clear internal records.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to Finance and Accounting activities.
• Review bank transfer requests for authenticity, accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow reports and support cash-related actions.
• Support relationships with lenders, consultants and other relevant financial partners.
• Review stop payment requests and perform other bank-related research and follow-up activities.
• Monitor account set-ups, banking fees, earnings credits and other banking-related matters.
• Support the review and analysis of investment options for corporate cash balances.
• Follow and maintain standard operating procedures for individual and routine Finance & Accounitng activities.
• Ensure Finance and Accounting -related documents and records are maintained accurately and up to date.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Finance & Accounting processes, controls and risk management.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Banking, Accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in corporate Treasury operations is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Treasury operations, including cash management, bank transactions, liquidity and cash flow forecasting, general ledger accounting.
• Ability to analyze f inancial data and prepare accurate reports.
• Good understanding of banking products, loan processes, general accounting and corporate banking operations.
• Good MS Office/Excel skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
