We are looking for new engineer to join our Maintenance Engineering and Technical Projects Teams!

Maintenance (Operations) Engineer is an entry level position at ALPLA Turkey for young professionals.

Throughout this journey, the engineers will go through a systematic, tailor-made on-site and off-site class training programs aligned with the requirements of the organization in order to prepare them professionally for their future roles. This would provide a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable practical engineering experience in a site-based environment.
Under the guidance of operations management, Maintenance Engineer will rotate through different engineering roles (Project/product development, maintenance, quality and production) to perform various tasks by enhancing practical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills through experience.

1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment, ideally in plastics or packaging.
At least a Bachelor's Degree in electrical/electronics, automation, mechanical and mechatronics engineering,
Excellent command of spoken and written Turkish & English,
Open for relocation for future opportunities.
