Role Outline
We are looking for two experienced Quality Production Managers to ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer.
The production Quality Managers, will ensure the final products we make meet compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations to the agreed Quality standards
You must fully understand the requirements for the product, service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers.
The goal is to help preserve our well-established reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable and to drive sustainable growth.
£50,000 - £55,000 Per Annum + Comprehensive Benefits - Monday to Friday (7am – 4pm)

Requirements and skills
- Extensive Proven experience as a quality manager ideally from a plastic manufacturing background
- Conscientious and responsible with a culture of continuous Quality improvement
- A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams across a multi-functional manufacturing process
- Proficient in MS Office.
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- Excellent maths abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods and the ability to identify trends and react accordingly
- Degree Qualified or equivalent in a relevant Quality discipline is essential
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000 or BRC certification desirable
- A great quality manager is thorough and observant with an eye for detail!

To facilitate the next stage of growth we require two experienced Production Quality Managers to drive Quality change and support the respective departmental heads in continuous change .
