Office Administrator

The Office Administrator provides support to management by effectively disseminating information through appropriate channels.

 

  • Shipping and Receiving (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL etc.)
  • Prepares domestic and international shipments
  • Provides traceability of incoming and outgoing packages
    Production Report
  • Collects and enters data for production into AlplaProd
    Travel arrangements
  • Airlines/hotels/shuttles/scheduling and trouble shooting
  • Management support
  • Expense reports
  • Project support
    Procurement
  • Office materials
  • Office supplies
    Facility support
  • Arranges food/facility accommodation for visitors
  • Oversight for appearance of offices/site

What makes you great

Min 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent
2 years of experience preferred

Strong organizational skills
Good computer skills – Excel, Word, Power Point
