* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of custom containers 


* Strong analytical skills and pricing experience    
* Technical knowledge of injection molding tooling and polymers 
* Ability to build confidence and support with key prospects and customers
* Persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation and selling skills
* Strong leadership and team-building skills with the proven ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with customers, leadership, peer and vendors  
* Works cross functionally both internally and externally with customers
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* A self-starter, independent, aggressive and focused 
* Excellent time management skills 
* Ability to travel up to 50%
