What you will enjoy doing

  • Execute, design and evaluate NEXT journey on local level / Be sparring partner for Regional OPEX Manager
  • Coordinate definition of regional OPEX strategy
  • Execute (and coordinate) improvement projects and KAIZEN workshops with support of Regional OPEX Manager (where needed)
  • Verify new tools & methods, implement and sustain them on regional & local level
  • Support process owners in the implementation of new tools or the execution of improvement projects; ensure that official tools/reports/systems are used correctly (APM2, CTO, CAQ, AlplaPROD, Mission Control)
  • Execute regional/local trainings for OPEX leaders & plant management. Train OPEX leaders on OPEX assessment and participate regularly in the execution / approve process stability of plants
  • Create/review/implement Good Practices & Participate in KAIZEN workshops in the region
  • Regular communication to all involved NEXT parties
  • Adjust and execute NEXT communication campaign
  • Moderate execution of OPEX assessments
  • Identify corrective actions and give a diagnose of the current situation in the operations
  • Travel amount required: 40%

What makes you great

• Currently working toward a BS- Industrial Engineering or similar, preferably with a MS degree in Supply Chain Management
