Integrated Management System Specialist CEE (m/f/x)

What you will enjoy doing

  • Support local process owners in implementing new management tools, standards, and executing improvement projects
  • Prepare and secure correct policies and procedures to enable staff performance
  • Lead small and medium projects related to the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Administer IT tools related to IMS, including legal register software
  • Provide general and ALPLA IMS Concept training at the local level for employees
  • Conduct business process management training, moderation, and process mapping to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Create, review, select, and implement Good Practices and regional standard IMS documentation, including preparation and moderation of IMS audits

What makes you great

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Food Engineering is preferred, along with over 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in applying Integrated Management Systems requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP),  a Lead Auditor certification is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage customer relations effectively
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Optional qualifications such as Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt or similar are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel approximately 35% of your working time
