Quality Inspector
What you will enjoy doing
- You will be responsible for incoming material inspection & testing of RM, MB as per specification released by Regional Quality and updating its records.
- You will be responsible for retaining RM, MB counter samples and updating disposal records of FG counter samples.
- You will be responsible for physical identification like: Quality approval / rejected on incoming material.
- You will be responsible for standard master batch samples display, review, and update as and when received new or expired.
- You will be responsible for sharing the daily block products data and status with all stake holders thru email.
- You will be responsible for completing new equipment validation with proper protocol IQ/OQ & PQ reports and necessary data.
- You will be responsible for completion and maintaining records of re validation for all equipment's as per plan.
- You will be responsible for daily updating non-conforming product & Line defect tracker.
- You will be responsible for performing daily challenge test on machines as per inspection plan.
- You will be responsible for daily calibration and maintaining records of all weighing balances & Magna mike.
- You will be responsible for monthly sharing the NCP, Line defect & IPQC tracker with regional Quality.
- You will be responsible for updating & verification of Line clearance, Online, Offline, Line defect, non-conforming product records as per good documentation practices.
- You will be responsible for maintaining the health of all measuring equipment's of Quality lab.
- You will be responsible for implementing 5S in the Quality lab.
What makes you great
- You have 2-3+ years of experience
- You have B.Sc / B.Tech in Plastic Engg. / Diploma Qualification.
- You have Computer skills (Excel, Power point, Word)
- You have the ability to work well with other departments
- You are able to handle multi-task environment with excellent organizational skills.
