Project coordinator for peripherical machines

• Lead downstream project execution from design to commissioning, ensuring timelines, scope, and technical requirements are met.

• Manage project budgets and schedules, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans to deliver on time and within cost.

• Coordinate external suppliers and contractors, overseeing service quality, cost control, and on-site performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and HSE to align technical requirements and ensure smooth integration.

• Apply technical knowledge of machinery (speed, layout, configuration) and use tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Project for planning, layout updates, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience of 3 to 5 years in managing production line installation projects, ideally in the food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

• Intermediate to advanced English (required for regional coordination and supplier interaction).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D, plant layout modifications).

• Microsoft Project or other project planning tools.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Lean, etc.).

• Strong organizational skills.

• Problem-solving and solution development.

• People leadership with a focus on talent development.

• Effective communication across cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage complexity and operate in dynamic environments.
