Quality Assurance Manager

What you will enjoy doing

Coordinate and supervise all Quality Assurance activities in the plant to assure production compliance with all internal and customer specifications.
Coordinate the measurements, internal and external testing and laboratory devices management.
Customer Relationship Management regarding Quality aspects.
Manage customer complaints and is the owner of Problem-Solving Process by involving relevant departments in developing appropriate investigation and corrective actions.
Assist in hazard analysis and HACCP program.
Prepare and successfully completes internal, customer and external audit requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation and internal product specifications.
Document and report all supplier quality related issues, product and process nonconformance.
Participate and perform internal and external audits, follow-up audit results.
Responsible for promoting quality mind set in all plant employees.
Co-operation with Production is core of his duty.

University degree.
At least 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing industry in a similar position.
Experience with physical lab testing equipment.
Experience in applying Integrated Management Systems requirements: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 140001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 is an advantage.
Analytical and Problem-solving skills to help work through customer problems and production issues, as well as develop strategies for improving product quality.
Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
Able to handle multi-task environment with excellent organizational skills.
Communication skills and ability to manage Customer Relations.
Fluency in English is a must.
